Eligibility

 

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Dynacam LLC and their immediate family members or anyone involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible to win.

 

Giveaway Period

 

The giveaway begins on July 24th and ends at 2:00 p.m. Central Time on July 24th 6:00 p.m. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

 

How to Enter

 

Complete the official online registration form during the giveaway period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

 

Winner Selection

 

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Prizes will be awarded in order of value, beginning with the highest-value prize. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they will not be eligible to receive an additional prize unless otherwise determined by the Sponsor. Must be physically present to win.

Winner Notification

 

Winners will be contacted at the event via MC or phone number provided during registration. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond at July 24th event or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

Publicity Release

 

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Dynacam LLC may use their name, city and state of residence, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

Privacy

 

Information collected through this giveaway will be used to administer the promotion and may also be used by Dynacam LLC for future marketing communications if the entrant has opted in to receive them. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

 

General Conditions

 

Dynacam LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

 

Release of Liability

 

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Dynacam LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
